Here is some info on the in-house built Harley chopper built in 2022/2023.

It's an amateur built bike based on Harley Davidson engine and transmission, built under the Norwegian MOT rules.

 

Engine and drivetrain:

• 1340 cc Shovelhead with STD crank case.

• Late style heads, lightly ported.

• Stock bore and stroke

• S&S Super E

• Andrews J cam

• 3” BDL belt drive – open.

• 4-speed FX transmission with STD trans case. Kick only with 19mm extended kick-shaft.

• Custom ribbed kick-cover

• Transmission is moved ½” off-set

• 26 teeth front sprocket – 46 rear

• Gold style O-ring rear chain

 

Frame & fork

• 19” front wheel with 80 spokes chrome

• 15” rear wheel with 120 spokes, all stainless

• 23” over FL fork tubes and Classic sliders from Tolles – 41 mm

• Tripple tree with 5 deg rake from Custom Speed – Wide Glide

• Burley T-bar pullback handlebars

• Calles Dragstyle frame with 4” stretch, 1” shortened back-frame and front down-tubes tucked in.

• Foot controls/pegs from J-Brakes, and custom bracket for foot clutch

• Custom/modified sissybar

 

Brakes

• Rear sprocket brakes from Tolles/ISR and 46 teeth rotor

• Rear master cylinder from J-Brakes (5/8”)

• Front calipers are two PM2

• Front master cylinder from J-Brakes (3/4”)

• Dual floating rotors – 11.5”

 

Tins & seat

• Modified 7” flat fender at rear

• Custom gas tank – Mustang style

• Modified wide-custom softail tank – side-filler cap moved to center-fill.

• Custom made classic chopper seat

 

Electric

• Standard Bates copy headlight – H4

• Chopper style mini tail light

• Dyna S ignition, dual fire

• Ultima 5 ohm coil

• Small in-oiltank biltema battery
