Here is some info on the in-house built Harley bobber built in 2016

It's an own build bike based on Harley Davidson engine and transmission, built under the Norwegian MOT rules.

 

Engine and drivetrain:

• 1200 cc Shovelhead with Ultima crank case.

• Split rocker heads.

• Stock bore and stroke

• Weber DCOE 40

• Converted to Evo style oiling and lifters - by Velva Touch

• Andrews EV27 cam

• 1.5” BDL belt drive – tin primary.

• 4-speed FX transmission with CPC (Custom Production California) trans case. Kick only.

• 24 teeth front sprocket – 48 rear

• Gold style O-ring rear chain

 

Frame & fork

• 15” front wheel with 40 spokes

• 15” rear wheel with 40 spokes

• Stock Softail lenght springer fork by Samwel - Knucklehead springs

• Hollywood style handlebars

• Original style rigid frame 

• Origanl style foot controls/pegs with foot clutch and hand shift

 

Brakes

• Rear brakes by GMA

• Rear master cylinder from Borg Wagner

• Front calipers and rotor from ISR

• Original style front master cylinder 

 

Tins & seat

• Shortened orinal rigid fender at rear

• Sporster gas tank

• Original style oil tank

• Custom classic bobber seat

 

Electric

• Standard Bates copy headlight – H4

• Chopper style Lucas tail light

• Morris M5 magneto

• Small in-oiltank biltema battery
